It wasn’t enough workers to check us in. We waited hours to get checked in and then was told for an inconvenience. They’re going to upgrade our room which they did but we requested a two beds. We were told they didn’t have any more to bed rooms at the waiting room for another hour. They found a room with two beds.

The resort is nice, however the staff for the most part are not pleasant to be around or interact with. They also ask at each restaurant if you have any food allergies. For Valentine’s Day we paid to go for a meal at the “Chill Out” club on the beach front - we let the staff know that there was a dairy allergy, explaining that milk and butter could not be served. They then served a full seafood platter coated in butter. I got sick as a result, spending the next hours in extreme pain and nausea - the staff laughed it off and didn’t think it was a big deal. Unfortunately even in the buffet, items listed as vegan are still coated in butter. Be careful and if you have an allergy, stick to the buffets where you can hand select the food yourself. The resort was good - but I think there are better for less money, with kinder staff and more attention paid to food. Also, at other resorts they aren’t trying to constantly upsell you to gain access to pools and restaurants that are on the property like this one did. It was a bit shameless and stressed both my husband and I out. Especially when nothing is mentioned about it during reservation or check-in.

WAYYYY too big! It's very confusing, and you're on your own as far as figuring it out. I have been to Mexico many times, and I would NOT recommend coming to this resort at all.
