Great resort. Even though it allows kids it's still a pretty quiet. I would recommend the adult only side though. The staff is great and goes above and beyond to ensure all needs are met. There are great food options and the dinners are very good. Lunch and breakfast are "OK" (buffet with lots of decent options). The rooms are big and very nice. They weren't as clean as they could be but I wouldn't consider them to be "dirty".

This is probably our new fave Mexican resort. We loved the Japanese, Italian, and Steak restaurants. The food was great, service top notch. The butler service was very helpful. Staff was friendly. Only downside was that the drinks were not consistently prepared. Spa and massages were awesome! The bracelets were so handy as to not have to carry a room key around. Definitely want to go back already!
