Everything is perfect. The Housekeeper did a really good job cleaning the room. Customer service was really good. The only problem they don’t have microwave in the room. The Hotel need to invest money to put a microwave in every room. In a ghetto hotel, they always have a microwave in the room. If they had a little microwave in the room, they would had a perfect five stars.

The pictures online are not accurate. Hotel looks nice on website but does not look the same when you get there. Hotel is old and dirty. The heater was so loud and couldn’t sleep well at night. I came back to my room on the last night and my door was cracked open and I couldn’t find my MacBook. I didn’t feel safe, thought someone had come into my room. I wouldn’t stay here again. If I could I would want to get my money back or some sort of compensation.

Staying at the Sheraton was great! The only thing i didnt like was the bathroom. It felt old, smelly, no fan to vent, old looking, didnt feel clean.
