Some of the things that were in the room didnt work or were broken. The beds were ok feeling. The water had a rough time getting any kind of hot and the hallways smelt of cigarettes and mold. The front desk was prompt about it. I just dont think i will stay here again.

Great Bday Vacation
I booked this hotel for as a birthday trip & it didn't disappoint. It started great with Team Member Ivan who assisted me over the phone. He provided great customer service & a courtesy early check-in (if available) due to my bday. He also provided clarity on the amenites, answered all my questions & was super helpful. When I arrived the check-in process was also pleasant with Victoria L. The room was spacious, Queen beds extremely comfortable, clean/modern bathroom, microwave/fridge included and I also enjoyed the balcony. There was only one issue with heat on the last night & maintenance came and replaced the unit immediately. What I loved most was the extremely hot water (awesome showers) and the location. I was able to walk across street to enjoy Old Town, next door to World of Food Trucks and a Dollar Tree which was so convenient which saved me money on Rideshare. When I come back to the Kissimmee area I will definitely book again.

Out dated needs work
The hotel is very outdated the noise coming from other rooms was so loud I got moved 3 times and each time wasn’t any better.. the parking was soooooooo ridiculous, Saturday night I parked across the street at SaraLago it was NO PARKING!!!! Beds was comfortable but the stay I would give 1/5 if everything wasn’t booked this weekend I would’ve left… front desk was great with trying to help me & the situation.
