Hours to check in via 1 check in staff. I was told a person quit and another never showed up. I get it, but from a business standpoint, refunds should have been issued for those that wanted that option because there was no way to check in all those people by 3 pm and still be there a full day to check out in the morning.

This is a property to go to as a very LAST resort. To all my men, do not take your QUEEN to this place. If you have a business trip or if you’re tired from traveling like I was it’s a “ok” pit stop. The carpets are filthy nasty, the internet goes out ALOT! Even in the front office so checking in took me over an hr. The room stinks to say the least. If you do decide to stay, there is a Walmart nearby to purchase cleaning products. Good luck! Signing off as survivor!

We booked a hotel in advance when we got there the lady at the front desk said the system was down and that she didn’t know how long , not only that but when we approached she instantly said to us “I don’t speak Spanish” we speak English … and perfect English at that … she said we could get reimbursed and we chose to leave , we then contacted our third party that booked it in this case Expedia and they won’t answer the phone and are still charging me for not staying there, when they told me I could.

ABSOLUTELY disgusting. we paid for a lake view and when we got there none of the lights worked there was a live roach in the tub the room was dirty. They switched us to a room on the whole other side no lake view and the room was also dirty there was like old gum stuck to the tub my pillow had someone else’s hair on it and the a/c was so loud sounding like it was about to take off you could not sleep with it on but if was midnight and we drove a long time we didnt feel like changing AGAIN. we finally put everything down to shower and use the restroom to realize there was no toilet paper and no towels and the bed had spots on it. The location is pretty convenient but overall the hotel was disgusting and the service I received at the front desk. The lady knew nothing I just kept saying here’s my manager Number she’s my manager to not only just me but everybody that was in line in front of me and behind me while I have someone in the front that doesn’t know what they’re doing if she’s going to do is tell us to speak to the manager who is not even on schedule. I will never go back.
