Overall the place is clean and suited my needs for a business trip. The real issue is that they gave me a room with a sunken bed. Usually that’s not a huge deal but since I have a horrible back (got x rays to prove it) and my stay was for 4 , I called the front desk to change rooms. To my surprise that was not a good enough reason to change rooms. Eventually they changed my room because there was a dog next door that kept barking. Second, the elevator was literally falling apart. Third, found a ton of mold on the shower head, which I had to clean myself. All I’m going to say is if you’re staying for more than one night this might not be the ideal place to stay at.

Property was very clean, did not Like there was only 1, yes 1 elevator. Property was a little out dated. Breakfast was not what I expected no meat loaded with carbs, that was shameful for the price of the room.

This property needs inside renovation and most importantly needs a new elevator. Only 1 elevator and it is snail slow. In the Breakfast area various people and their children don't follow good hygiene. I believe Kids should be left at dining table and adults should follow proper hygiene.

Arriving I found stained sheets, when I asked to please get someone to change them a not very polite girl at the front desk told me without even apologize that she will bring the sheets upstairs to change the bed MYSELF. Never seen this before and even with a rude actitud from staff. Also, free breakfast was not very good. Boiled eggs smelled and taste weird. Not staying at this hotel any more.

trolley takes you to sea world for $2 per person. very convenient. Lots of shopping, restaurants nearby. No microwave or fridge unless you pay extra. Breakfast is average, nothing special. Not enough places to sit.
