It took us 45 minutes to check in. There were two girls and a guy. The girls had zero clue as to how to check in a guest. They were also very rude at the front desk. Place is nice, we have stayed many times but we will not go back. The staff at the Cafe and bar are wonderful. It is too bad the front desk girls are so rude
