The staff was exceptionally friendly as well as professional. The decor is a bit dated and worn, but not to the point where the property looks tacky or unkept. We did eat in the hotel and found it to be overpriced, nothing is house made. Don't go near the steak frites, what they call a chimichurri is not edible. The hotel, location, airport friendly nature, and staff is definitely worth the stay, just eat sometimes else

Nice lodging for its proximity to the airport in-hotel shuttle to O’Hare. Good room and provided necessities, also enjoyed the convenience of The Market inside.

Tip - when we check in, the staff at the counter unloads a LOT of info about times, places, etc. Can that be on a card, or even text/emailed to us? It's a lot to consume right off the plane. Also, room 327 had a rather obviously damaged TV stand that should be fixed (front trim). Makes room look cheap. Otherwise, was really quite nice. Minor issues.
