Outdated, but otherwise awesome!
The hotel itself is a little dated and could probably use a refresh and renovation. However, the service was amazing, and the location overshadowed any inconvenience. The doormen were so helpful and friendly, too. Overall, we would stay here again.

Nice quiet spot for a couple getaway. Restaurant in the hotel has a limited dinner menu, so you better make reservations elsewhere. Plenty of restarants nearby. Room suite smaller than it appeared in the photos. Had to get mainteance to handle heating issue in the room. Comfy bed...nice view of the magnificent mile!
