Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed with our dog, which we've never done before. They were very welcoming, gave her a dog biscuit, and there was no pet fee. We enjoyed a walk in the park and along the lakefront in the morning. Walkable to shopping and dining in the Gold Coast, Old Town, and downtown. There's a restaurant/bar on the rooftop that's open late and a coffee shop attached to the lobby. I'm not sure if the hotel is non-smoking, but we did smell some cigarette smoking on the hallway, but not in our room.

The amenities left a little to be desired. Going to different floors for water and ice weren’t the best. That being said, it’s a very decent value option to stay in town, it was quiet, and the bed was super comfortable. Enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back!

This is the first hotel that I’ve seen that doesn’t have a small refrigerator and the beds are smaller than the average, also the hotel doesn’t have parking lot. They just gave us 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner and 1 body wash in a room for 4 people

The staff was excellent, especially the front desk clerk, Kelly. The hotel is in a great location, and has a fantastic view if you get a lake view room.
