Spacious room with comfortable bed. Short walk underground to get to Scotiabank Arena. Lots of dining options in the area. We enjoyed our dinner at Real Sports before attending an NHL game. The hotel was easy to access and we used valet parking and would recommend using it at this hotel. All staff we encountered were wonderful and helpful!

I recently stayed at One King West Hotel & Residence over the Christmas and New Year holidays. The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to downtown Toronto's main attractions. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. However, I did encounter some minor issues with customer service. Requesting additional towels and a replacement coffee maker took longer than expected, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, I was surprised to find that room service was not available during the holiday period. While I understand that staffing may be limited during this time, it would have been nice to have this option available. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would still recommend One King West Hotel & Residence to others. The hotel's amenities, location, and overall comfort make it a great choice for those visiting Toronto. Just be aware of the potential for limited customer service during peak holiday periods.

Room was great. Lobby is loud. Billing was a mess - in spite of giving them the credit card and being assured they would bill that one, they billed one "on file" from a previous visit. Sloppy and risky that they have my CC on file that way. Very frustrating.

Fairly comfortable stay
Comfortable stay. Just found the room a bit dated, especially the bathroom. Also found it looked quite different from the pictures online when selecting the room. But overall it was still comfortable. Unfortunately both the tvs in the room were not casting from my phone. Someone came up to look at it and tried as well but said that some tvs at the hotel are older and don't always work when casting.

It was great, and all the staff was very friendly, the hotel is very nice as well. It’s just that when we asked for our bed and bathroom to be made, they didn’t do it and when we called they said there was nothing they could do, which is very weird for a hotel… and the bed sheet were weird so it was hard for us to make. Other than that everything was great, we really liked the room and it’s a great area.
