The experience was awful. The price was super high, there was no AC in the room and when I called the desk to ask why it was 85 degrees they just said this tower doesn’t have heat and AC. Just to turn the HVAC OFF. It never got. Below 80 all night. Miserable. The WiFi never worked properly. Would take 10 minutes to load a simple web page even though I paid for the upgraded WiFi. The bed was hard as. Rock. Paid north of 400 for one night, and could have gotten a much better nights rest at motel 6.

Functional but not as I expected
The hotel and service is great, the room was functional but it was not to the standard I was expecting with such a hotel. Run down is how I would describe the room, the bathroom vanity was water damaged and the laminate was peeling. One of the dresser drawers would not stay shut, the bedroom door door kept swinging shut and there was no door stop, there was peeling and damages wall paper, peeling paint around an access panel on bathroom ceiling and scuff marks on dresser and wall. Even the painting had dirt or damage behind the glass. Just must less well kept then I would have expected. I did mention to the staff. Otherwise they stay was awesome location was great.

Arrived and was told parking wasnt included and was $80 extra but when we went to buy a ticket parking valet told us there wasnt any spots left so we had to find overnight parking elsewhere and walk back to the hotel in the freezing cold. Once we got up to the room first thing we saw was a fresh "stain" on the couch and it wasnt even the room we paid for. went down to switch and they gave us the right room this time. We went to the Brasa Steakhouse which was a good experience and the casino was right across the road attached to the hotel. Overall I would NOT pay $300 for an mediocre experience again. Spend less money else where that would have parking included and same quality room experience.

We were staying there to enjoy a concert at OLG stage. Easy access and never had to go outside . Cant wait to go back again.
