Our room was spacious and offered a great view of downtown Reno being on the 18th floor! It was clean, comfy, and well-equipped. This hotel has a 1920s/1930s vibe, esp. around Christmas time, and the staff was very friendly. It is right by the Truckee River with lovely parks and walkways, and is not that far from main attractions in downtown Reno. Our only reservation is the parking garage having an unusual design, being slopey and low-ceiling, and not being directly accessible from the hotel lobby. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Nothing unique. Place was very safe with closed garage at nights and controlled entrance which was the biggest plus. The old casino B rated hotel musty smell was unbecoming of the tittle "Resort". Room was roomy but still had that old smell which one gets used to it.

Very nice, spacious room, great view, awesome pool. The bed was really hard for us otherwise we would give it 5 stars. The pillows were very good. Receptionists were very nice. Being a VIP property we got upgraded to a higher floor with a beautiful view.
