"Staff exceptionally helpful. Rooms basic but clean & comfortable. Close to transport links, concert venues, bars & restaurants and city centre shops. Can be a bit noisy at times with Amelia Bar below. "

"I was there with a group of friends for my stag party, it was however a mixture of both male and female friends and the hotel were very accommodating. Staff were friendly and always had a smile. We chose on one of the mornings that we were there to have breakfast, a word of warning, tell the staff the night before if you wish to have breakfast because they'll charge you £2 extra per person if you decide on the day. i think that's a little naughty, especially when you've stayed at the hotel and drunk in their bar."
