This hotel isvery nice option andvery near to Queens University. Has nice ambience good spacious cozy rooms. The bed are comfy. I don't think there is aircon. The corridors I felt are not enoughly heated. There are many breakfast options especially as I am a vegetarian Overall recommended 👌

We stayed a week, the breakfasts were excellent! The room maid however was not so good, 1. My face flannel that I keep near my pillow was left on the floor one day. 2. The bed looked excellent as we entered the room but when we pulled back the covers the bottom sheet was still as rucked up as when we got up that morning. 3. The maid used my comb in the bathroom and left her calling card in the way of a very long black curly hair attached to my comb. Ugh! Reception were horrified when I reported it, took details and will follow up.

The hotel itself was exceptional. The staff were the most helpful and friendly I’ve ever come across in a hotel. The free breakfast was very good. The area the hotel is situated appeared run down. And the walk to the city centre from the hotel was 20 mins which was a little further out than we would have liked. Having said that there was always taxis available if needed.

Great hotel for a great stay

We stayed here to be close to the city centre and were very impressed with everything about the hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient, our room was so clean and comfortable, breakfast was included, ample and good quality and there was secure car parking at the rear of the building. We will return and would recommend 100%.
