Shuttle at airport showed up an hour after it was supposed to — despite front desk saying it was five minutes away. And the next morning it was “three” minutes but ended up being 45. I caught an Uber just as it was arriving. Cold shower. Tiny bathroom.

your description included shuttle to and from air port and to cruise ships had to argue to get picked up from the airport and they offered nothing to get to the port.your web description was a fraud.the room had a very small bathroom you could barley get into the shower Travelocity gave this hotel 4 stars i would hesitate for the price of the room to give it 1 star.I will not use trvelocity in the future.

The property seems updated, but there are some glaring problems with the rooms. The bathrooms are small, and instead of installing some kind of vanity that would provide some storage they put in pedistal sinks. There are no surfaces or shelves to keep anything on in the bathroom. Then the doors to the rooms aren’t fitted on the frame well, you can see gaps around the door and hear everything and everyone as they go down the hall. The walls are thin so you hear the people talking in other rooms. Thank God I brought some ear plugs. And then the worst of it all, the plumbing is wonky and the temperature of the water in the shower will vacillate from scalding hot to freezing cold, with brief moments of warm where you can actually rinse yourself. The breakfast is ridiculous with hardly anything being offered in a tiny room. Everything else was fine, but the shower situation alone would make me never stay there again.

Booked this hotel due to missed connection and having to spend night in Miami. This place is really a motel and greatly misrepresented on Travelocity. Not even close to three star quality. No elevator, very dated hotel & rooms, very loud squeaky beds, TV hard to control, phone in room not operational, no airport shuttle, no bar, hall smells of pot, etc. Do not stay here unless you have to. We paid $200 for the night, and considered eating the cost and getting another room somewhere else but we were too tired from a long day of travel. There is no way I would have booked this room if it had been represented honestly. I feel cheated by the hotel and Travelocity.
