Offered early check in on the app and when arrived we had to wait two hours longer than anticipated. The staff was accommodating to get a room cleaned quicker so we didn’t have to wait in the lobby. We had a suite with a pull out couch but when extended for my son to sleep the other occupants in the room couldn’t move around unless we climbed into his bed. Lack of towels and bedding for the number of people in the room and had to wait for them to come provide more although they didn’t provide sheets for the sofa bed. Pool was unclean and slimy. Walls are so thin you can hear people yelling was rudely awoken three times throughout the evening from loud guests and was unable to call the front desk due to the phone not working. The lobby was nice the restaurant was a lobby with chairs For a place to rest my head it was fine but can’t say as I’d go out of my way to stay here again.
