Very calm, nice and clean. Room very spacious and nice toiletries. Breakfast was decent and parking was nice however I think they may charge for paying to park in their parking lot which it’s gated so I’m not sure just saw the signs outside but besides that 10/10 stay.

There was no shampoo or soap and we had forgotten our. They ran out of coffee and food at breakfast. Room was clean, plenty of towels and most of the staff was friendly. One lady working breakfast was a bit rude.

Arrived at the hotel after 10pm. Was instructed that we had to pay to park in the hotel parking lot ($7/day).The main entrance door was closed and could only get in with a room key. The front desk receptionist saw me standing there and came to open the door. Checked in and received a key to a room on the 1st floor. When we entered the room it has not been cleaned. Towels piled up on floor and bedsheets piled on bed. Went back to the front desk and was given key to 5th floor room. The temp was set on 60 but it was every bit of 75 or 80 in the room. If finally cooled down over night but not much. The beds were not comfortable . They were very noisy beds that Everytime someone turned over during the night, it could be heard by the other occupant. The shower had great water pressure but bathroom was super small. We left before breakfast was set out at 630 but no one was at the front desk when we left in order to provide a paper receipt. The hotel is conveniently located by the St Francis Hospital where we were having a procedure, but having to pay to park and an uncomfortable room was not worth the $160 paid to stay.
