Our trip to Nashville was extended by four days, but we decided to leave this hotel as it turned into a nightmare. The internet barely worked during our original four-day stay, despite multiple complaints from us and other guests to the front desk. We were met with unhelpful responses and excuses, with the staff always claiming that the maintenance man was working on it and it would be fixed in about an hour. One woman at the front desk seem irritated when we asked her for a roll of toilet paper & claimed she didn't know where to find any. I explained we needed it and she scoffed & walk off & brought some back & tossed it at me. The maid was rude when we asked for fresh towels and for our trash to be taken out. Our one-bedroom suite had issues with the heat in the bedroom and no ventilation in the living room area. However, the worst part of our stay was on our last night when a man was seen screaming and hitting his female companion in the hallway. It took more than 45 minutes for both the front desk and police to respond, & they did not check on the woman or ask the man to leave. This incident made us realize that this hotel was not a safe or pleasant place to stay. Despite the room being clean and the beds comfortable, the behavior of some of the staff members and the disturbing incident on our last night made it a memorable stay for all the wrong reasons. We were relieved to finally leave this hotel behind and continue our trip without any further unpleasant experiences.

room was clean and nice but had a minor ladybug infestation. also saw a couple of stink bugs in the room. the wifi was completely broken and didn't work at all for my entire stay. also the hallways and elevators were really smelly. i liked the TV in the room, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. the breakfast was also pretty okay. overall it was fine and suitable for the price point.

Great value. When construction around parking area is finished it will be a nice upgrade. Fast check in and out. Quiet stay and we will be back when in the Nashville area.

Check in was easy. Room was clean. Property could use some better upkeep. Fridge froze our drinks. When husband turned it down it unthawed the fridge and water from the fridge leaked out. Bathroom super small. A lot of noise throughout the night. Our door didn’t look like it locked. Very wide gap between door and door jam. It served the purpose. We were only there to sleep. Neighbor surrounding did not feel safe.

Smelled horrible
Overall the hotel served our needs, but it was very unpleasant and we would not return. The smell as we walked in was just an older smell…nothing too unexpected at the price point. But when we got on the elevator and then on the fourth floor it was unbearable. Smelled like someone had a weed-fest or something. I had to hold my nose. There was a slight smell in the room too, and the hotel was willing to move us if we wanted to, but we stayed as we had kids in a nearby room too. The room was overall clean, but the ac unit and window shades were gross. There were also some lady bugs in the room. On the positive, service and breakfast were both good. And the rooms were huge.
