Wonderful Stay

We had a two day spa stay and it was fantastic. The hotel is full of character, clean and very friendly. Staff were superb and Hattie the cat is a wonderful feature of the hotel.

Great stay

We had a lovely stay at this hotel just before Christmas. The spa area was lovely with excellent facilities and a great temperature in the pool. The main areas of the hotel were excellent. The room was comfortable but a little dated and could perhaps do with a little TLC. We ate the evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant and the food was excellent with a good choice of menu. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Could not make it out of my village due to the storm last week. Tried for 2 days to call the hotel, the phone was not answered. The hotel finally responded to an email AFTER my booking to state that I would be charged in full due to cancellation policy.
