Beach House Gem!
The location was fantastic! Situated right across the street from the beach and a shower to rinse off, we couldn't ask for a better location. There was no traffic to speak of and everyone in the neighborhood was friendly. The house is close to the restaurants and shops near the beach, though walking might be a challenge if you aren't in good health. All in all we loved the house!

Marc was great to work with. He allowed us a late check out when we arrived a day late due to flight cancellation. Really loved the location of the house. Nice beach right across the street with lots of shells and fun waves. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Awesome family vacation at Marc’s Place
Best location for an active family, steps from the beach and a short walk to restaurants, ice cream. The little pink villa was just the right size to give everyone in our group the space they needed, was clean and well stocked. Marc was a great host, very helpful. Hope to be back soon!

Fabulous Location!
This is a fabulous location, great view, you can easily walk to the pier and restaurants, etc. It's a 15 minute drive to FAU. The house is cute, comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed and more. The Owner/Property Manager was great to deal with. We will definitely stay again!!

Great Find
We came to the pink house on the beach as a senior trip to celebrate our son's high school graduation. As we were walking to the beach one day during our trip, my son turned to me and said, "This place was such a great find!" Couldn't agree more with him. The location was perfect. The beach was never crowded and the water was so clear and calm. We took a day trip down to the Florida Keys to snorkel and took in a Miami Marlins baseball game during our stay. The host was always quick with communication and helping us with anything we needed during our stay. Our only regret...we didn't book the house for a longer stay!

Great Place, Best Location
We loved our stay and are looking forward to staying again next summer. The house is exactly what you see in the pictures. Marc and his wife are very attentive and we had no issues during our stay. The location is unbeatable. The beach access is directly across the quiet, single lane, one way street. You can walk to all of the shops, restaurants, and the pier. We have two boys, 6 and 9 and they had a blast. There are plenty of beach toys, chairs, umbrella and beach cart that made lugging everything to the beach very easy. Get up early at least one day and watch the beautiful sunrise over the ocean while enjoying your coffee on the front patio.

Great Deerfield Beach House
Rent this house if you get the chance! Direct beach access in a clean safe neighborhood. On a very popular beachfront walking path, great people watching from the oceanside front patio. My girlfriend and I couldn't have loved it more. the home was great with smart TV's in all rooms and a short walk or free shuttle to plenty of great restaurants and pubs as well as the Deerfield Beach Pier! Amazing location
The house is so well located and well equiped. You are directly at the beach, crossing the street is the beach entrace and shower - very convenient. You will find everything you need. Also, it is very clean and the owner is available for any questions. There is equipement for kids and you can walk to a nice little park with a play area (5 min walk). You are also very close to restaurants. Perfect house for a beach vacations.

Wonderful Beach House
I highly recommend this beach house. The location is amazing and the home is in great shape and very clean. Marc is an ideal host and goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect. He lives on the other side of the house but gives his guests complete privacy. No car is needed because everything in Deerfield Beach is walking distance from this house. The beautiful beach is just across the street and there are beach chairs, towels, beach toys, umbrella, and cooler provided. My friend and I did a girl trip and each brought a daughter and the space was just perfect. I will definitely come again!

Wonderful Getaway!
My nephew and I booked a 3 day weekend at this little pink house. It was the coldest weekend of the year, but one of the best getaways I’ve had in a long time. The location is second to none…oceanfront and a short walk to the pier and restaurants in Deerfield Beach. The home was impeccably clean and Marc, the owner, was very welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. We will definitely return!

Amazing stay at the “pink paradise!”
From the moment we started booking our trip away we knew this was the place for us. Marc (the owner of the property) responded immediately with all the answers to our questions. We have stayed in the area of Deerfield/Boca for 30 plus years and this was the best rental we have ever stayed at in the area. The location is PERFECT as it is 50 steps to the waters edge and a private pool! There is an outdoor shower for when you are done with the beach and headed back to the house. The house is immaculate and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We have two small children and they were so happy and comfortable at the “pink house”. Beach toys, umbrella, chairs and snorkel gear were happily provided and we’re in amazing condition. Also the kitchen and house was equipped with all the essentials to start your vacation (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, zip lock bags etc). The house was immaculate with soft and new towels for the beach and bath. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are very relaxing. The TVs were equipped with Amazon stick or Netflix perfect for the kids to settle down after a fun day. The location is not too far (3/4 of a mile) from fabulous bars and food (JBs, Ocean 234, Flannigans). Marc and Debbie were so responsive and very accomidaying with every question or request we had. The salt water pool was perfect for when we needed a break from the beach. During your short walk from the front of the property to the private pool in the back you pass fresh herbs that are grown by the owners and happily shared to enjoy (basil, mint etc). We are so very fortunate to have found such an amazing property. We have not had a worry free, relaxing trip like this in years!! We will be back again and looking forward to returning! Thank you again Marc and Debbie for sharing your “pink paradise” (as we now call it)!
