Coupeville Weekend
We came for a long weekend, and we had a great time! We did think the beach was easy to walk down to like the pictures imply but between the snow and ice and steep edge it was not, also the lighting in the house makes cooking a bit tough, we had to move a lamp on top of the fridge, if there were new day light bulbs in the kitchen that would have helped, all the bulbs were miss-matched and dim…All in all a great stay! Loved the town and cabins views!

Great view, cozy spot but probably wouldn’t return.
Our check in was for 4pm, we arrived at 4:15 to the house still in use. The cleaner was still there, so we had to stand outside in the cold with our 1 year old daughter anxiously ready to be inside to relax. The house is very cozy, but I wouldn’t say it comes with a fully stocked kitchen, we had to go out and buy a knife that was actually sharp. We left it, so next person can use a sharp knife. No fire wood for the fire place. Had to go buy some. The listing says it has plates and things for kids, they do not. The showers and sinks were falling apart and difficult to get a safe temperature. All these things are fine, but reduces the ability to fully relax. Then upon cleaning up, we are instructed to remove the sheets and things and found a huge nasty stain on the mattress protector. The views are amazing. Hot tub was great. Just some small inconveniences that add up.

Great place
The house was wonderful, as was the location. Very comfortable and we would definitely go back. The only downside was communications during the stay with the property management firm. Big wind storm the morning after arrival and all power on the island was lost. I called the property management firm to notify them - fully knowing there was nothing they could do. They did promise to keep in touch and update me on what they could find out about the power returning. Power was out 25 hours and the we never heard back from the property manager. Thankfully there was firewood and a fireplace. We stocked up on candles and snacks and made an adventure out of it.

Fun, cozy and relaxing
Myself and two friends stayed over a stormy weekend and had a fun cozy and relaxing time. The fireplace was a nice warm welcome and added to our evening playing games and laughing. The hot tub was nice, clean and hot. The beds were comfortable and the towels and linens clean.

Cabin had beautiful views and great location for getting to lovely drives and nice trails to explore. House set up nicely for two couples with private and shared space. Kitchen needed better pans and hot tub was of no use. Needs some shelter.

Beautiful stay on Whidbey Island
We had a great stay at this property on Whidbey. Centrally located, quiet area yet walking distance to to Captain Whidbey Inn for dinner one night. Saw seals, crab, Mt. Baker and beautiful sunsets all from the property. Wonderful spot for our family vacation!

Beautiful Cove View
This was a very nice place to stay. Feeling of being remote with a great view of the cove but close to Coupeville and other locations for day trips. The outside looks a little run down but the inside was absolutely beautiful and well cared for. Hot tub was amazing to sit in especially at night with a view of the water. Instructions were left for all the needs for the house during the stay. If there was one downside, it would be that you may want to bring some regular drinking cups, especially if you have kids, as there are only wine like glasses and coffee mugs to drink from. Otherwise, no complaints.

Cozy, but remote
Not being familiar with the island or the town of Coupeville, I was surprised by how remote the cabin was. It's difficult to find, especially in the dark, until you acclimate to the area. The cabin itself was cozy and comfortable, though it could have been cleaner. Note to the property manager, the instructions for the remote and coffee maker are out of date. Both were easy enough to figure out but the instructions were misleading.

Weekend Getaway
Nice quiet place to stay. The hot tub was great. The place is older. The trim around the doors is unfinished wood and trim is missing around the base of the walls through most of the place. Not a huge deal, but it did give it a slightly unfinished/ not 100% clean feel. The deadbolt was hard to open. Had to try several times before we could get it to work, but once we figured it out it was no problem other than I hurt my hand a couple times opening it. Neither of those things would be deal breakers for me. I would definitely stay there again.

Get away from hectic life
Perfect rental to feel like your isolated in the woods, but not since it’s just a short drive to downtown Coupville or back to the freeway. Quite home , great view, basic cooking amenities, comfortable and warm. Hot tub was clean and well kept.

Very Nice Stay
Very nice location, with a great view, it is a woodsy cabin feel with privacy. It has some older furnishings but it’s what we were looking for. We enjoyed the open rooms and space with two individual bathrooms off each bedroom.

Grandma's cottoge
I enjoy staying in this quaint cottage on the cove. It is family rustic but has everything needed. The lighting in the main room could be improved -a lot- but the view and location make up for that in spades. I look forward to my next visit.

Waterview Cottage
Quiet older home with a Waterview, no beach access. With some TLC the home would be even nicer. We had to go out and purchase batteries for the TV remote because they were dead and buy a spatula because the one there was melted and unusable. Parking was tight for a large pickup truck. Hot tub was nice after a day of fishing. Overall it met our needs.

Great location, end of a quiet little street on the water. Gorgeous view and as stated in a previous review by someone else, the pics don't do it justice! Absolutely gorgeous view! If you are looking for a peaceful retreat, this is the place!
