It was solid for the given price (~$80)! The customer service was excellent, and the room was in decent condition. I was really tired from traveling and arrived early, and the front desk let me check in early, so I was able to rest ☺️ I didn’t smell any smoke or marijuana, as some other reviews were complaining — I was on the third floor, so maybe I got lucky? But the first floor also smelled fine, so I wouldn’t worry too much. I didn’t eat the breakfast, but it is complementary, so that’s really nice. I walked less than five minutes, and there were a few restaurants nearby!

Just a quick overnight but a great value for the $

Really nice staff. Really clean. Really great bed and pillows - and most hotel pillows suck. Even great sheets. This just became my go-to for when I'm flying out of Buffalo.

We booked specifically because of the pool. They confirmed before we booked that it would be open during the time wed be there but when we get there they said they closed it for the time we were there. For everything they kept saying it is holiday season so they are understaff. The drive way was full of ice and a skating rink..... we have gone in the past and it was good. This time was a waste of time.

What I did not like was that someone opened my door while I was changing. I understand if once but this happened 2 times. Had to call downstairs to inform of this matter. I hope this will not happen to anyone else. Very concerning.
