When we stayed for a concert in June, it was during a heat wave. We checked into the hotel before the concert and it was a good thing we did. They had the air completely off in the room so it felt like 90 degrees in there. We turned the air on max so by the time we got back from the concert it was comfortable enough to sleep. If we hadn't had check in first it would have been unbearable to sleep. I understand wanting to keep costs down, but they should have anticipated guests a little better. The staff at the front desk were kind of aloof.

I was highly dissatisfied with my stay at this hotel. The sheet on my bed was dirty, which was unpleasant and concerning. Additionally, the breakfast provided was poor, lacking in quality and variety. My night was particularly awful due to an unpleasant confrontation with the front desk staff. The lady at the desk treated me poorly and was unreasonably rude, making the situation even worse when I expressed that I wasn't feeling well. It's unacceptable for a hotel to treat its customers this way. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

We thought it was sparsely staffed. The housekeeping service was great we told them our first room smelled like cigarettes and they have us another room. Im nor sure what the housekeepers name was but I feel she gave us special attention and Iwe liked that. Front desk service was good but she was spread thin doing other tasks. The breakfast was good. Overall we would stay there again because it is located close to family and friends.

Hotel needs a complete overhaul of the rooms, probably should just start over. Our room smelled like dirty socks. Bathroom sink was clogged but was fixed before we returned. Didn't discover the shower drain was also clogged until using it the next day. Noisy window air conditioner. Pillows were trash. No shuttle to speak of, even to the actual Fairgrounds (1mi walk). Stay elsewhere and ride share to an event. Not worth the price at all.

We could not shower because the floor of our bathtub had a huge hole in it! The room smelled like mold! When I asked to switch rooms the woman at the front desk told me I could not because I had booked on Expedia!! However…..The bartender was wonderful!! The food was great!!
