"Our first room had a very uncomfortable bed. The next morning, we asked the front desk if we could be moved to another room. They very graciously moved us to another room where we had a very lovely view of the Golden Gate Bridge!!! Great staff and service!"

"A grande hotel! Clean and handsomely decorated steps from Union Square.Definitely recommend making reservations for both Saturday afternoon tea and a table at the Starlite bar for beautiful panoramic views of the city. I would certainly stay here again!!"
