"This was such a lovely stay. Was welcomed to the property from the Valet to front desk staff. Margie was very informative and helpful. The property grounds were clean. Hotel room clean. Walls are a little thin from neighbors and outside noise but still slept well. It’s Sf, right in a major tourist area so it’s expected. There is a parking garage on site which is $60 and you are able to go in and out (unlike a few other hotels in the area) facility fee as well (there are no hidden fees despite some other reviews, everything you need to know is in the fine print) hotel breakfast included as long as you are listed on room reservations and checkin. I would definitely come back here. "

"We’ve stayed at a few hotels in downtown SF, but nothing compares to the Marina Motel. By far the best place we’ve ever stayed at. The Marina Motel is now our go-to place to stay whenever we’re in town. "

"I stayed here for 3 nights. Overall, it was a good experience. The check in and out process was easy and quick. This is a well-lit property located in a safe area of town. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was exactly as pictured. It was clean, neat and everything was in working order. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Although there were limited spaces for parking, it was never and issue. Free parking is a plus! I would definitely stay here again. "

"The staff were courteous and offered many suggestions to help us make the most of our trip whilst also saving money/time. The hotel is well-situated in a safe neighborhood and is a brisk 25-30 minute walk away from the pier/fisherman's wharf. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel as an affordable place to stay when visiting the city. "
