"Beautiful clean property. Good food and good consistent service from the staff. Only about 15-20 minutes away from the Cancún airport. Definitely plan on visiting again. "

"Excellent stay - we loved it, hotel was clean and welcoming, with an excellent variety of dinner options. There was plenty of choices for midday snacks around the pool area as well. The beach is outstanding and staff is very eager to help. They should improve on a couple points though. What we didn't like is that breakfast is very limited overall, and very limited for people not eating pork.The hotel advertises beach volleyball and snorkeling equipment for use. Beach volleyball was advertised on daily activities as well, but was never set up during our stay, so I highly doubt they have it at all as whenever I asked about it, I was told it was taking place in the pool. Snorkeling gear was only available if you would book a snorkeling trip. That was not advertised as that too. Also, if there are pool tables, they should be level, and there should be chalk for cues."

"I liked and enjoyed the activities and entertainment that was provided throughout the day and in the evenings. I didn't think that the food in the restaurants was very good, the buffet was a little better, only because there was more options, but sometimes it wasn't very good either. Seemed like the food provided out by the pool during the afternoons was much better, and the breakfast buffet was usually pretty good."

"An absolutely incredible experience and the property upkeep is amazing. Beach is clean and raked daily. Plenty of beach chairs available and options for fun in the sun. The food options are a plenty and no question in their quality. Something for everyone to enjoy. Had an amazing time and the staff are so friendly, inviting and wanting to help you. All around a really good experience, highly recommend and would return again in the future. "
