"We fell in love with Sandos. The atmosphere was amazing and welcoming. We were very thankful that the resort was mostly English speaking. Rooms were clean and beautiful. Room service was tremendous and the bar tenders were professional. "

"Great family vacation. A bit disappointing for my kids because zip line is limited for kids 4'9" or shorter. My 10 yo is 5'2" and I am not even mentioning the height of my teen. But they had fun playing water polo and water basketball, enjoyed the dining options and had tons of fun finding huge shells in the ocean. The ala carte restaurants do not take reservations so you either have to go for early dinner or wait for 2 hours. But the food is great! even the buffet has a huge seafood station daily for lunch and dinner! Evening shows are geared more for younger audience but they are quite enjoyable for adults as well."

"We had an amazing time on our family vacation here. We traveled with 2 pre-teen girls and they loved having access to all the great food, pools and beach. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The front desk was very accommodating along with quite a few servers we had at the restaurants. We specifically loved Gerardo at Malva and Jose Cahun in the Italian restaurant. They were beyond friendly and excited to see us each time. We stayed in Pyramid 1 on Level 6. The view was amazing and it was quiet and were able to hear the waves at night. Overall will recommend to family and friends. They are going to be shutting down for a remodel for a year - so we are excited to see what it will look like after and hope to visit again. "

"Awesome resort that we would absolutely come back to. Excellent service the entire time. We ate at Italian restaurant 3 times it was so good. Staff there was great but I’ve forgotten their names. Arron was great at dinner buffet; love his hair. Pool and beach wait staff was exceptional with Jesus, Jhonny and Addy. "
