I WAS DISGUSTED AT THE BEHAVIOR OF SOME OF THE OTHER GUEST AT THE HOTEL BREAKFAST BAR AT 8am on a Sunday morning!!! We booked a two night stay and on the last day we witnessed a very unruly group of guest taking over the breakfast bar and become hostile towards other guests, when another guest spoke up it started a confrontation which escalated to a small brawl with some breakfast items being thrown around making everyone uncomfortable and feel unsafe. I am thankful the Yonkers police dept arrived quickly and deescalated the situation which resulted in all involved being escorted out of the hotel.

I WAS DISGUSTED BY THE BEHAVIOR A GROUP OF UNRULY GUEST DISPLAYED! I arrived at the breakfast buffet at 8am on a Sunday with my husband and daughter in which should have been a nice, quiet breakfast. A group of guest monopolized the entire breakfast bar not allowing other guest to serve themselves or grab any other items. A woman from another group confronted the unruly guest to which they swore and threatened her with violence for speaking up. Once the guest husband intervened and attempted to defuse the situation, the unruly group violently started to attack anyone who was in the breakfast bar area. It resulted in the unruly guest picking up and throwing yogurts and PICKING UP HANDFULS OF SCRAMBLED EGGS FROM THE HOTBAR AND THROWING THEM AT OTHER GUEST!!!! As the commotion broke out, a breakfast bar employee was assaulted and pushed by the unruly group. The front desk called 911 which resulted in no less than 15 Yonkers police officers arriving within minutes and immediately removing the unruly guest from the property. As the unruly group was being removed, they continued to accuse random guest of starting the melee. I was disgusted by all this and furthermore, it ruined my stay at the hotel.

I enjoyed the Serenity of the environment. The one thing would mention, although the staff was friendly their communication could be a little clearer. Ex. I was asked for the plate number. I stated the vechicle hadn't arrived yet. I was then told the plate was needed to check in. Moments later i asked if the driver could add the information upon arrival, i was told yes. I had to go back to the desk for that info, when it could have been shared when i initially was checking in. There was another example, but overall communication is the key.

Great Staff and Clean, Well Maintained Property

I didn’t get any names but I spoke at some point to all front desk employees who were on duty between 3pm on 1/19 and 9am 1/21 and each of them was friendly and helpful with whatever question or concern I had. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.

The window shade did not work and maintenance was not able to fix it. The outside noise from the next door room was so loud and the smoke smell permeated the room. It was hard to get a good night’s rest with the loud noise.

It was great but the comforter that was on the bed was so raggedy and old. Those definitely need an upgrade. Everything else was great but waking up everyday with the comforter on the floor was ridiculous. I stayed 4 days. The pool wasn’t able to be used and that was disappointing I almost left because of that. I actually would have left if I wasn’t so close to my familys house. One of the reasons I stayed there. One front desk clerk told me it would be ready to be used @ 4pm then 6 pm then not at all. Parking fee was a surprise I thought it was included but I guess not but it should specify and didn’t
