The young lady at the front desk (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) I think it started with an "I". I arrived on the morning of 3/4 earlier than expected. I asked about early check in....she gave me a few options. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She offered to have our luggage stored until are room was ready.

I really enjoyed my six night stay at the Belvedere Hotel and would definitely recommend it. The area is so convenient and close the subway, restaurants and stores. The staff was wonderful and I really liked the room and the lobby. The only downside is that they don't have a coffee maker in the room. However they did give me a kettle right away and instant coffee works great. There was a minor issue with the water temerature in the shower on the 17th floor. It turned cold and then hot again. My friends did not have this problem on the 15th floor. Also the bedding was very light so I needed to crank up the heat. But it's a great hotel and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Céntrico, cerca de varias atracciones, cerca de estaciones de transporte publico y de restaurantes. Solo que decía que incluía desayuno y solo había cafe, te y unas barritas “vigiladas” a una por huésped… el café de regular calidad… solo una vez desperdiciamos tiempo en eso, fue como desayuno no incluido. Por lo demás todo muy bien, limpio y buen servicio, personal muy amable y muy conveniente la ubicación para nuestros planes devisita de los lugares iconicos de NY.
