The Rumanian Olympic gymnastics team in the room above us was not good. But they only seemed to practise 16 hours a day. The neighbors next door who kept trying to enter our room through the connecting door by pounding on it. They also were very vocal,loud about there bedroom plans (not sleep). You could hear verything including bathroom noises through the walls. Also the ocean view room that we signed up for that provided a small slice of ocean view when we looked around the building between our room and the ocean. Other than that it was good.

My son attends UNH and this is where I always prefer to stay. The location is fabulous, right across from the beach! The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need! It’s a short ride to Portsmouth and the University. He graduates in May and have already (its November) booked my stay for that weekend. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The room that I got did NOT look like the pictures at all. We had no microwave, which was annoying. The bed felt like I was sleeping on a hardwood floor covered with a thin blanket. The indoor pool was not only freezing, but the water was brown in the pool and the hot tub. The staff was dismissive and clearly couldn’t care less. They also advertised an included full continental breakfast, that was not the case. When we checked in, we did confirm that the breakfast was included in the room that I bought. That was in fact a lie. We went the next morning to get breakfast, only to find out that you have to pay for it if you’re not staying in the suites. The view was amazing, and that was probably about the only good thing about it. I would not recommend. I will not be returning.

Easy, convenient, good dining across the street. Nice pools & hot tub. 1st floor room rather small for 2 ppl to navigate. 1can walk around, but the other must stay put. No control on the fridge, it froze all of our food & drinks.

We were able to park right in front of our room which was nice. There was a large step up to enter the room though. The room looked clean but there was a little bit of a smell to it. It was okay comfort wise. The walls are thin because we could hear the people in the next room talking.

Fabulous Location!
Located directly across from Long Sands the location and views from the main building were wonderful. We were on the third floor and had chairs outside on the deck where we could sit and enjoy the view as well as having a great view from the room itself. Very clean with a helpful staff.
