This hotel is almost completely updated (there were small indications that they were completing the finishing touches). The staff was friendly and helpful. The room, lobby and breakfast area were very clean. The bed was average. Two pillows were provided for each side of the bed. The shower had plenty of hot water. The breakfast was average with the typical eggs/bacon/sausage; granola and cereal; muffins, bread for toast and English muffins. Fresh apples and bananas were available. Coffee and tea along with various juices were included. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it appeared to be well-kept and clean. This hotel was easy to find and had adequate parking.

Everyone was friendly and polite. Very clean place. Breakfast was awesome. The only thing the parking lot needs to be redone. I would stay again.

Hotel was newly remodeled. But the floor in the room was squeaky or had a loose board that made the dresser bounce when you walked on the floor. Also the room was dirty when we checked in, stuff all over the floor and bathroom floor was sticky. Parking lot you might fall into a hole and be lost forever.

This is a nice, basic , clean, remodeled Holiday Inn Express. Nothing fancy. but that 's ok. The only thing is... the walls' and doors between rooms are paper thin...we could hear everything our next door neighbors were saying in the room next to us ..

The staff is amazing. They even made a little goodie bag for my daughter (granted with Christmas gummies in February and other questionable dates but it was a kind gesture). But that's about where the amazing part ends. The hotel is under construction so we walked in to the lobby being tiled and the front desk in the dining room. Workers were there at all hours it seemed. I called 2 weeks ahead to make sure the pool was open, as that was all my daughter and her friends wanted to enjoy, and the man happily confirmed the pool was renovated and ready. Upon check in I was told the pool was shut back down. Breakfast was ok. Eggs were nasty according to the girls, pancake maker was out of order, and there was no meat or biscuits in the heaters. Ended up with small baggies of cereal and a bagel. Not exactly the full breakfast advertised. The location is convenient but skip this trip til the renovations are completed and the hotel has had a nice post-construction deep cleaning.
