On checking in it was noted that we booked from a third party and they said they weren't sure if it said anything about their elevator being out, but checking information on the hotel from Hilton.com I don't see any information about their elevator being out. We were given a room on the second floor and were told nothing was available on the first floor including handicap rooms, which given how empty the parking lot was it seems that they didn't withhold any handicap rooms on the first floor for anyone who really needed them given that their elevator was not working. Our room was functional, but the toilet paper bar was missing and so the toilet paper was left on the back of the toilet, and parts of the trim along the floor was ripped up and missing. The sink leaked a little unless you twisted the handle just right, and even the sink in the lobby restroom leaked in a similar way unless you twisted it just right. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but there was no offer of any kind of compensation for the inconvenience of having a room on the second floor without a working elevator.

When I first got there the reception was out to lunch and no one was at the desk after 20 mins of waiting she showed up with take out in hand. Then lightning knocked out the elevator and the only room available was on the third floor. So after driving all day I had lug my bags up three flights to get to my room and find that the third bed I specifically ordered and had to be put on the 3rd floor for was not made up. Of course there was no extra linens in the room so I called the front desk for the bed to be made. Well she was alone so she could not bring my extra bedding up because then the front desk would be unattended. So basically I had to walk up to fix what should’ve been standard for the room because she can’t leave the front desk unattended (well except for lunch time). Terrible experience not at all what you would expect from this brand.

We stayed at this hotel 2 different times in the last week. Both times the elevator was out and the ice machine on our floor did not work. The staff was freindly enough, but they did not have great availability. The room was clean. The faucet was hard to turn off though. It was an ok visit.

There was a glitch in the system between hotels.com and the actual hotel where it allowed us to book a room that wasnt available. Nicholas and the other woman working figure it out so we had a room. Their customer service was top notch!!

No sleeping In/Inn.
Hard to get any sleep, mini fridge was making noise, and we were on the Interstate Highway side of the first floor. I heard every Semi going by in the early hours. The morning receptionist wasn't very friendly and hard to find. Best part was the Cracker Barrell next door.

At check in the front desk employee seemed very confused and gave us no instructions about anything at the hotel- where our rooms were, when breakfast is, etc. He seemed flustered. The hotel was very busy, so I just assumed he was flustered. When we went up to our rooms, one of our rooms had two fast food cups on the night stand and it smelled like someone had been smoking something in the room. It was very gross to find trash in the room and the smell never went away. The room also had stains on the carpet and bedding. The WiFi was also so slow that the television did not work well enough to watch a local station. Just an overall bad experience.
