I really like the large room and large bathroom at this property. Having a spa there is definitely a plus which my family and I took advantage of during out stay.

The steak restaurant was fantastic! Facility was really pretty and very clean. I do wish there were nin.smiking areas. Wveryone was super nice.

The front desk rep that checked us in on Saturday was wonderful. She as so nice and polite. With that being said, this place is over rated and dirty. I travel with cleaning supplies whenever I'm on the road and for good reason. The floors were dirty, walls filthy, bathroom UGH.....shower and tub rusted so terribly bad. The other guess treat the hallways like a party center at night. This is the only casino that has poor lighting to enter the premises. Everybody's nice is not the same.

Employees are not friendly and nobody smiles or ask if we are enjoying our stay. Worse customer service around! We had a server throw our to go order on our table and kept on walking! Spend your money elsewhere!

Most of the staff is not customer friendly. Not one employee said hello or asked if we were enjoying our stay! One employee at the cafe threw our food on our table that was in a to go bag and kept on walking! No wonder no one likes to go there! DO BETTER! It's not that hard to change. šŸ˜œ

The rooms was really nice and updated but I feel like the price of the rooms are a little expensive for an overnight stay with barely any channels to choose from. It was very comfortable and clean and that was important.

Great rooms
The room was really nice. I loved that it was updated but I feel like the price that is charged should have all the television channels to choose from. Then the channels were crossed up, not even the channel for the shoes, that was disappointing. Also your am front desk young lady could've been more polite instead of robotic. Other than that, my stay was nice and comfortable.

Horrible trip in paradise
Faucet sink handle broke off the first day., water went every where, phone did not work so had to go down serveal times trying to get things fixed. Then the toilet was rocking...to top that off had to use the tub for running water to was my face and brush my. We got resolution on the last day....horrible experience... Will never go there again...

We had a room on the fourth floor and the room was very nice but because I had to check out of the hotel before 6:00 the next morning I was awake all night because they decided to shampoo the carpet in the hallway outside of my room and the noise didnā€™t stop until 4:36 a.m. in the morningā€¦. Never had that experience beforeā€¦.
