It was hard to get our room cleaned. We ran out of toilet paper, paper towels and facial tissue and all the garbage cans were overflowing before we got help and that was after calling the front desk daily asking for help. Could have been a great experience turned out to be stressful for no reason.

I like the hotel; the room looks new, and overall feels comfortable. What I did not like was that while the floor and carpet appeared to be clean, it was so dirty that my baby's feet turned dark after walking for a few minutes. I wonder if everything else is in the same condition. I also found a notice on the bathroom mirror that says that you can request cleaning for a fee. When I checked out, I mentioned this to the hotel clerk as feedback, who said they take feedback seriously and won't be charging for the night, but they made the charge.
