Hello, I have reached out regarding personal wash cloths that were taken by housekeeping, front desk said they would find out. 4 cloths on the sink not folded, off white, Then No one will follow up, for two days i had no hot water, i let front desk know and no one did anything, until i came down to discuss no hot water, I came from East coast knowing i’d have great amenities. The pool was closed! Nothing was done, to even followed up. i’m very upset noone cared, never been so upset, ignored, or bothered. Room 708 10/25-28

This hotel is very conveniently located. Near downtown and shopping. The hotel allows pets which is lovely. The rooms are good but they do need an uplift as you can see the age. Other than that, very nice hotel and the staff are always friendly.
