We have stayed at this property before. I thought that when it was taken over by Wyndham, it would improve, but not so much. When we arrived, the room appeared clean but smelled musty. One of the double beds did not have a fitted sheet on it and there were black hairs on top of the mattress pad and also on the phone that was on the nightstand. I went to the desk to get a fitted sheet but was told to take the room 2 doors down. That room had not been cleaned from the previous guest- bed linens on the floor, beer cans on the nightstand and dresser. Went back to front desk, told the guy to just give me a fitted sheet. Made the bed, all good. Faucet handle in the bathroom came off in my wife's hand, shower drained extremely slow and hair dryer did not work. "Breakfast" bar was meh at best but at least it was something. Room rates were reasonable.

Unbelievably rude front desk on the evening of 8/8. Disrespectful to me after I gave her my drivers license to help her find my room reservation. She seemed to not be understanding what I was saying. Maybe it was because she was on the phone the whole time on her earbuds while attempting to check us in. Also, the rooms are dumpy and old. Not worth the money.

It is a nice hotel to stay for business. Thanks God there is a Dunkin donuts near by, breakfast was not precisely a gourmet breakfast. For the rest is a good place clean to stay.

The property was great. the staff was awesome. Expedia was horrible and I dont recommend using them. I could only stay one night. The hotel told me they would absolutely refund me the second night but it had to go through expedia. Expedia lied and told me the hotel would give me a receipt that I needed to send to expedia. The front desk told me expedia gives the receipt since I booked through them. Expedia told me the only way I could get my money back was if i provided a receipt saying I only stayed one night knowing the hotel couldnt do it because I had to get the receipt through expedia. Very disappointing, You just cant trust online sites!!!
