We enjoyed our stay! The customer service was beyond exceptional, even over the Christmas holiday. I gave it a 4 because the heated pool was closed, the hot tub is smaller and was occupied throughout our stay, and the lights weren't as impressive as I expected (personal opinion). The restaurant on sight had good service, but the food is mediocre for the prices charged. I would not eat there again. I highly recommend the breakfast with Santa and the North Pole Experience. Both made the stay worth it!

Wonderful stay to celebrate mine and my husbands honeymoon. We stayed in a king size bedroom area with a balcony and park view. It was after Christmas so we were able to enjoy the beautiful lights displayed come evening time. You are also able to walk around and take in the environment. There also is a restaurant there as well. In the morning we were able to see a few animals, squirrels and birds just in their natural habitat. Once we checked out, we went to the gift shop and bought a few souvenirs. The only thing I would change is the coffee that was provided. It wasn't the best so I was disappointed about that. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant and memorable.

I have stayed in Little America numerous times and love it because it has a no pet policy and i have allergies. However the last few times i stayed there i have seen several dogs. I dont think they are enforcingbtheir policy
