Hot tub was out of order, and pool was green. Only 3 towels in the room, good thing no one had to wash their hair. At least coffee shop was good and the band at the bar was great. The margarita at the bar was horrible though, overpriced sugar water.

The hot tub was out of order (the whole reason I picked the resort was for the hot tub). The pool was green. Only 3 towels in the room (there was three of us, glad no one had to wash their hair). The white duvet covers were stained black. On the good side- the band they hired to play in the bar area was amazing. The coffee shop was great and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel is in need of a refresh. The phone was broken, TV volume didn’t work, coffee maker was broken and shower/bathtub very slow to drain. And these things were not fixed even after reporting them. It’s a great location and view however.

The facility was nice. The room was not as clean as one would expect. We had to call housekeeping as soon as we checked in because the toilet was dirty. The room itself was dusty and the bed was extremely soft. We were disappointed that the jacuzzi was out of service until the day we left. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room we got was one of the newly remodeled ones and it was very nice. The Casino is on the property and they provide a free shuttle to the other one down the hill. The food at both casinos is good. And the people are very friendly.

The restaurant and bar area are well kept and well staffed. Every waiter we had was excellent. The food was far better than we expected and price was reasonable. Only negative was our room keys both quit working on our second day there. Had to have them both reprogrammed. Our room locked enough power outlets and or phone charging outlets.

We loved this resort. we would definitely return. i noticed 2 things that kind of turned me off. one, the is no shelf in the shower for soap or shampoo and 2 the maid service only comes once every three days and if you want coffee or towels replenished you need to arrange that with the front desk...other than that the room was nice the staff was very friendly and the bar makes a great bloody mary

The upgraded rooms are beautiful. New color scheme, decorations, and new flat screen TVs lend to a very pleasant stay. Miss the tubs, but the walk in showers are beautiful. Do recommend adding a shelf in the shower to hold amenities for bathing.

Building is great.... clean... super friendly staff... housekeeping left a few cleaning supplies on the counter which didn't matter much... but the TV had no reception on any input and the beds were collapsed in the middle to where i was rolling off... probably only got 2 hours of sleep.. would def recommend going through the bed frames and mattresses every so often
