The price for parking was not something that I was made aware of, before reaching the property. The cost was $24.00, and it would be great if I could be made aware of that, when I made the reservation. Parking was a 5 or 10 minute walk from the room. There was no space to park and get checked in, before taking my car to park. If I could have checked in and taken my bags to my room, it would have been much more convenient. You had space for the valet option, so pretty much, you had space for your option that generated more money for you, but had no space for me to leave my care while I checked in, if I'm parking myself.

I like the cleanliness of the hotel and found the staff to be friendly. However, I did not receive a hardcopy or email of my receipt from the concierge, unlike my experiences with other hotels.It's been 10 business days, and I still haven't received my $100 deposit refund.During check-in on November 26, the front desk lady mentioned the deposit would be returned within 3-5 business days.I'm feeling disappointed with this delay.

Nice hotel. Halls are a little outdated but rooms are nice and bed is very comfortable. Food can be ordered and picked up from hotel restaurant. I did not notice if room service was available.

The property was not easy to access, there was no parking nor signs letting you know where to park your auto. Once we finally parked, we were excited to get checked in and get some rest. Monica from the night shift checked my partner and I in. Monica was very rude and unprofessional! I was asking questions about our room booking. We wanted to stay 2 nights there. I asked Monica if I had booked both nights. She said," NO," I then asked if she could book us another night and if we could get the same rate. Monica rolled her eyes and with an attitude said that they cannot give me the same rate and that I have to go through the website. Monica aggressively pushed my room keys to me. Monica did not tell me my room number, what floor my room was on, and where the elevators were!!!!! I then had to ask where everything was! I do not work there, and I have never stayed there before. Monica aggressively told me where everything was. I let Monica know that she was rude and unprofessional. Monica then started Cursing and Body Shaming ME!!!!!! Who does that!!! If I had not been driving for 12 hours straight and was not exhausted, I would have left their Immediately! In the morning, I spoke with the manager on shift. I let her know everything and also explained my concerns of Monica adding extra charges to my room and how she talked and treated me. The manager apologized for my experence and assured me there will be no additional charges and there were!
