Our room was comfortable, except that the pillows offer very little support and I had to call twice to request additional pillows. Check-in was average. The agent did her job, but wasn’t really friendly. They were not busy at all when we checked in. We ate at the bar and watched football. The service there was good and the food was delicious. The shower was amazing, great water pressure and temperature.

I felt the price was amazing especially being in LA. I’m an out state traveler and being next to the airport was convenient. Hotel in general was very nice, clean, quiet . Only issue if I had to complain would be parking. Lil pricey but again the price for the magnificence of the hotel I didn’t mind.
