The price for parking was not something that I was made aware of, before reaching the property. The cost was $24.00, and it would be great if I could be made aware of that, when I made the reservation. Parking was a 5 or 10 minute walk from the room. There was no space to park and get checked in, before taking my car to park. If I could have checked in and taken my bags to my room, it would have been much more convenient. You had space for the valet option, so pretty much, you had space for your option that generated more money for you, but had no space for me to leave my care while I checked in, if I'm parking myself.

I like the cleanliness of the hotel and found the staff to be friendly. However, I did not receive a hardcopy or email of my receipt from the concierge, unlike my experiences with other hotels.It's been 10 business days, and I still haven't received my $100 deposit refund.During check-in on November 26, the front desk lady mentioned the deposit would be returned within 3-5 business days.I'm feeling disappointed with this delay.

This place was ok. The ac didn’t work and it smelled of sewage. Beds were super uncomfortable and the pillows were stuffed with some kind of stuff that was awful. No smart tvs so we had to watch Netflix and Hulu on our tablet. Would not stay here again.

Girl at front desk was rude, shuttle driver drove by but skipped the area at LAX and we had to wait 1 hr in the rain with 2 small children for a ride to our hotel at midnight. He also was angry and rude about helping us with our bags. The rooms were hot at the AC didn't work well. The also charged $6.50 for a bottle of water. Super expensive stay (nickled and dimed) no free coffee or any good amenities. It was loud both outside and inside from both airplane noise and loud doors slamming all night long. Terrible stay, terrible sleep, terrible staff, terrible amenities, and terrible price. We will not be back
