Amazing location and views, this house captures the very essence of Santa Cruz. Walk to boardwalk, Seabright beach, the wharf, the yacht harbor, downtown Seabright and its variety of restaurants,......there are so many choices, you may choose not to drive during your entire stay.....And with our open floor plan, large windows, huge deck, and amazing views, you may choose not to even leave the house.

This house is perfect for a family retreat. The 35 foot long deck offers amazing views, a BBQ, and tables and chairs for outdoor dining. The dining room/great room has a large table with seating for 8 but can easily hold 10. A large supply of games and puzzles offers more family fun time around the table. Walk downstairs to a huge 'hangout' room that boasts a large flat screen TV with satellite and DVD. There is a love seat, easy chair, sofa/sleeper, and papazan chair for comfortable seating. There are also extra sleeping mats and bean bag chairs in the closets.

The master bedroom offers a queen bed, large flat screen with Dish TV and DVR, and a magnificent view. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, and bedroom 3 has a king bed and Dish TV. This house is ideally set up to be shared by two families. With 3 bedrooms and baths, each couple can have their own bedroom, while the kids can pull out the sofa sleeper, throw down some of the provided floor mats, and have a sleep-over in the family room.

For your enjoyment we also provide 2 beach cruisers, a beach umbrella, beach chairs, boogie boards, and an ice chest.

For added convenience and comfort we supply all towels and linens, toilet paper and paper towels.

Perfect place to stay in Santa Cruz
We had such a great time staying at Lauren's house! The beds were comfortable, the dining room table was large and fit everyone for dinner and the view from the balcony was beautiful and calming. We definitely recommend staying here!

Exceptional House for a Gathering
I was able to host a gathering for my daughter and her husband, the night before their wedding. With the balcony and the open living area, the space was perfect! We had about 35 people and there was plenty of space for everyone to mingle and have a nice meal . 😁😁

Nice place- plenty of room for all of us. Great view off the deck. The kitchen could use some organizing but well stocked. We liked the neighborhood and enjoyed a nice walk to a nearby park. Location was great for visiting the boardwalk and the downtown area. Overall we liked the place. Would go back again.

Lauren's place was really nice and accommodated my family well. The only concerns I had was that some of the dishes were not cleaned well as was the coffee pot and grill. Lauren was very helpful and responded quickly when we had a concern. We would stay there again.

Another Amazing Stay!
My family and I love this house. This is the second time we have stayed here and it is the perfect house in the perfect location, even the grandkids were impressed! The house is within walking distance to the Boardwalk, beach, coffee shops and restaurants. Its located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, overlooking walking/bike trails and a view of the river. We love the time we spent here and will definitely book this vacation home again.

A great way to beat the heat!
This place is amazing. This was our 3rd time staying here, and once again we couldn’t have found a better place. The beds are so comfortable and the large deck is such a great place to hang out. We left 105 degree weather and loved the cool mornings and evenings in Santa Cruz. This place is so roomy that everyone can have their own space. It’s an easy walk to restaurants, bars and the boardwalk. Will definitely stay here again!

This is the Place to Stay
With beautiful deck views of the San Lorenzo River and close proximity to the beaches and the Boardwalk, the house was perfect for our three-day family vacation. Wonderful home in a prime spot
We loved our stay at this lovely home in Santa Cruz. We were initially going to be a party of seven, but last minute cancellations brought us down to four. The home is as described, only better! Beautiful views out the back and within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and coffee shop. The home had all the amenities we needed and was spotless. We all slept great in the comfortable beds. I highly recommend this VRBO!

A House with A View and a great location
We loved both the view off the back (onto a lovely garden across the way, the San Lorenzo River and even a glimpse of the famed Boardwalk) and the location for walking (10 minute walk to the beach, 20 minute walk to the wharf). The house was large and comfortable and has everything needed for a great stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the backyard even provided a couple of delicious oranges and lemons. The hosts were very responsive (we wanted to extend our stay, and they made it a very easy to do so). Even though it is very close to the road, it is still quiet inside for very peaceful nights' sleep. We highly recommend this house.

Cute house with great views
Overall was a great visit. Instructions for the protocols were easy to follow. The house was great and had a gorgeous patio with view. I wish the weather had been nicer but it was a great experience.
