This luxury residence offers world-class amenities in a 5-star location just moments from Butterfly Beach & the lower village of Montecito.

The main house has 3 Bedroom suites and is complemented by a pool cabana with a full bath. Lushly landscaped to maximize privacy and enhance the outdoor experience, the exteriors center around a long pool, sunken fire pit, and masterfully designed decking and terraces, all of which are bathed in sunlight and ocean breezes. This beautiful villa sleeps 7 guests in the main residence and 2 guests in the pool cabana. Come experience this LEED-certified residence taking GREEN living to a whole new level, you may never want to leave!

NOTE: Pool heat is NOT INCLUDED in the rental rate. It is an add-on. If you would like the pool heated during your stay, please arrange that in advance. The pool costs between vary (plus tax) depending on the season and takes 2 days to heat to 86 degrees. Pool heat is NOT included in your rental rate and will be charged separately, plus tax.

Family wedding hideaway
Our host Michelle was so accommodating to start the process and it just continued throughout our lovely stay. We were in SB fit a family wedding and this home was close by the reception and other events. The home is FABULOUS inside & out! We enjoyed the unique pool and luscious gardens, leafed through numerous art/design books, walked to the farmers market, soaked up the morning sunshine on the deck & truly made the most of the little time we had at the home. It is a first class accommodation
