Property was cleaned but we assumed it was abandoned by the outside of the property. Location is very big and clean on the inside. Clerk was very nice and informative. Our door was hard to open and very loud due to it scrapping on the floor with each open. Room was clean and bed was comfortable but I did step on a screw by the bed side..

My friend and I are so happy to be staying at this hotel. I haven’t never stayed at a nicer hotel in my life. Everyone here is so nice and the environment is like a spa retreat. This hotel is a hidden gem. You can take a relaxing Bath and the A/C, Microwave, Mini Fridge and Hair Dryer are all great amnesties. Ram at the front desk is so friendly and accommodating. The hot tub is hot and relaxing once you turn the Jets on…. it just takes a few minutes to start/hear up. Pool is cold so perfect for a HOT summer day. Great Parking. Beautiful Lobby. Workout Gym/Smoking section as well. Definitely worth it, you should stay here.

I booked this property because it said it was the La Hocienda not wyndum. I stayed at this wyndum before and it was terrible. When I arrived an hour after booking, it was the same crappy place. So I tried to cancel one hour later and they would not refund the amount.

All was well except for the key not opening the door causing me to have to lug my luggage back and fourth twice. The guy at the desk gave me a don't put your phone near the key card speech. The third time the door card didn't work I was alerted that the handle was broken and had to to a trick opening. Aahhhh I thought they fixed that he says.
