Manager is never on site. The hotel is old and falling apart. On top of that they short staffed so no room service and no clean towels only pool towels that are smelly and thin. The only plus is the nice girls that work at the desk.

Towels were stained, toilet rusty, overall very old bathroom. Pool area was nice and fairly empty and had floaties, but constant loud music so couldn't read or work on anything out there. Front desk staff was friendly. The area is not the best, but that is the same with other nearby hotels. The restaurant in the parking lot had very good food and service, and the store was convenient with anything you need.

I would not recommend a stay here. If I had not prepaid, I would have switched hotels. The room was run down, the microwave was filthy, the bathtub was dirty, the towels stained, bloodstain on one of the beds blankets, questionable stains on the sheet cover. Perhaps they were doing work all night on the room above me, as someone stomped around all night - loud enough to wake me up throughout the night. Heavy traffic noise from the freeway and road 50 feet away. Never again!!

We booked three nights and only stayed one. Burn marks in the comforters, bathroom was dirty, sketchy people around, could hear everything around you.my key card did not work the next day, when I asked for them to reprogram it, they only asked for my room number. They did not ask for my name or id and they gave me key card without it.

Bathroom had no shower curtains. Area was loud and noisy. Front desk staff was not polite nor helpful in rectifying the issue. Expedia had to be reached to elp remedy the situation.
