Generally, the staff and accommodations were excellent. However, when we first checked in the desk, supervisor mistakenly told us that there would not be any reservations to restaurants available for the foreseeable future. She was incorrect as we were able to obtain reservations from another Shah employee. They all should be on the same sheet of music and if it all possible try to accommodate people staying in hotel, greenhouse, dinner reservations, etc.

Our stay in Shangri-La has been excellent. It is conveniently located near the great mall, Shangri Plaza. The hotel itself can provide everything you need and the food has been exceptional, one of the best we've had so far.

Service was excellent and can't fault it. But for a Shangri-la and how much we were paying we expected a room in better condition. There was a letter in our room saying they are working on renovations but it would have been nice to know prior to check-in. The banana bread gift was a lovely surprise. Would still recommend the hotel 😊

I have always stay in this Hotel when I’m in Manila. I’ve been staying here for the past 20 years. The service has always been excellence. However, this time, I found the hotel room is really old. The room humidity is very high. I washed a sport T-shirt and it never gets dry for two days. The morning breakfast food quality has dropped is like a mass food serving to hundreds of people I have to say the coffee that I had cappuccino. It’s really below average. Had to get my coffee outside the hotel. The hotel is really due for a renovation for its five star rating and the price tag .

Old and run down. It’s a giant property and the phones do not get answered. Building is cracked and crumbling. So many staff tripping over each other. Takes forever to get anything done. It’s between 2 large malls which was a positive. Never again.
