Traveling as a single woman, you have to be very careful about where you stay. Recommend Peninsula. Joey at the front desk and surge in the dining was so helpful and accommodating. The staff goes over and about the rooms are very comfortable.

I have to be honest and say that i didn't even realize that i had VIP benefits till I received this inquiry to my stay. No dining card, no clear explanation. I was never reminded or even remotely told about the benefits the entire time, which was a main reason I stayed there. The housekeeping wasn't that great. I received a card notifying me that we missed them from me having to clean up the room. I left them a VERY nice tip, explaining the situation. Prior to this, my fiance had noticed this grease substance stain on the desk leg or the desk side. In the three nights i was there, it was never cleaned. Yet, im getting rushed to get out of the room at 9am for them to clean... The mini bar not having any transparency on prices was ridiculous as well. In conclusion, i have been at a large selection of five star hotels in the area, and this may be the most overrated. The staff was great, the place was very breath taking in design, but that's what i took away. The absurd amount required for the deposit, which again was never mentioned was a turn off as well. Stay for the sights, stay for the food BUT sleep at a much better hotel for a better price near the area.

I was initially checked in a room that had an awful food smell. Thankfully, the staff was able to move me to a room nearby within 30 minutes. Food in the hotel was great and there are a lot of things to do nearby.

This hotel is top notch and creates a quality experience. The last time i stayed in this hotel, the breakfast buffet was included in the room price, which justified its overcost. This time around, it appears they did away with that perk. That was a disappointment. Since breakfast was not included, we were talking into paying for an upgraded room to include breakfast, afternoon tea, cocktails and an evening snack.with the cost of the breakfast buffet by itself hitting nearly P4k, per person, the Galary Club extra made it worth doing. We had dinner on the main floor via menu, breakfast in the club and lunch at the club. Of those 3, dinner was the biggest disappointment with overpriced food and flavors that made you question if McDo tasted better. I know i had a better steak in Texas Roadhouse. The scallops and calamares was the only dish out of 4, i would eat again. (Ribeye, wagyu burger, kare kare & scallops) P8k for those 4. Yikes. I would stay here again, but probably not spend any money on the main floor and just save my appetite for the galary club. Dinner outside the hotel in the nearby mall, is also an option.
