Staff excellent. Room was clean. Was not told ahead of arrival that there was no elevator on site. Due to back and knee issues it was hard to get luggage to room. Staff was very kind but could not refund my money

I was placed in the room next to what must have been the utility closet. I was awoken at 5:00 AM by constant thumping, thudding, and machine whirring. I'm sure the staff was just doing their job, but given how vacant the hotel was that night, it would have been far more considerate to put me in a room that wouldn't sound like a construction site at 5:00 AM. Desk staff was nice and room was clean.

Front Desk staff in need of training. For example, not to be verbally disclose guest room number when guest checks in and/or when other guests present. Also: Directional sign for room locations on the wall at top of second floor landing is not correct ie, Rooms 216, 217 are to the left, not to the right. Not only an inconvenience but safety, security and emergency call issue.

I found a couple bugs in the room. When I first went into the room the air was completely turned off and it was quite stuffy. Bathroom could use mopping. Electricity went out, no fault of hotel. But would have been nice to be notified. Since there was no one at the front desk. I checked out before 9 pm and was told they could not check me out until 3:30 next morning.

What a great stay! Our room was unbelievably large with an awesome tv. This could not have been a better visit! Every staff member was kind and helpful. We will definitely stay here again! My only critique would be that a towel rack next to the sink is needed, no one likes to just lay the towels and washcloths on the sink!

The room was great! Would recommend. Rooms had tv, microwave and mini-fridge. It was cozy. Only downfall is no elevator so if you have a group of little kids and luggage along with pack n play ect. Makes for a little challenge getting everything to the room without multiple trips up and down.
