A modern design oasis nestled between forests of bamboo and pine yet steps to restaurant row on both Williams and Mississippi. Ample free parking available out front. Completely private detached / entire home. This house has been carefully architected down to the last detail: light filled with over a dozen windows yet all of them private / sky view or bamboo views! completely secluded and spacious and airy with 20 foot ceilings and everything you'd need. Sip coffee on your enclosed bamboo lined patio, walk to Portland's best foodie restaurants and shops! Mere Steps to restaurant row on N Williams and Shaver and bustling bars shops restaurants on Mississippi. Full kitchen, new bath, genuine mid century furniture and (real) art by local artists and a location that can't be beat! You are in for a true Portland experience here! I have lots of tips and recommendations too, but only if you need them: It would be my pleasure to host you! (note, all of the photos of restaurants, shops and bars are all less than 5 min walk away!)

Extra cleaning precautions are being taken during covid and our cleaner has been certified by the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute. We dont ask our guests to strip beds or laundry, or deal with recycling/trash, we will take care of everything, we just want our guests to enjoy their stay :)

My stay here was delightful. The home has everything you need for a weekend away or to make this your home base for a bit. The kitchen has everything, and the spaces are well thought out. What a beautiful oasis in the city! Spotless, cozy, chic, private and serene. I had some communication issues with the host before my stay but once we were able to get in touch, she went above and beyond with communication and flexibility. Such good energy in the space with the beautiful art and airy windows letting in glimpses of trees and sky while maintaining complete privacy. This was truly one of my favorite rentals of all times and I hope to return for another peaceful staycation!

Nice Place with a few mishaps
Overall, this was a beautiful guest house in a decent neighborhood with lots of delicious food within walking distance. There is all ample on street parking. We just had a few mishaps, as follows: We were unable to use the bed side lights because of a wiring issue and were zapped if you touched them (host left a note). The outside lights on the patio were not working so I messaged the host to ask how to fix them and never received response. There were also a few ants coming through the unsealed areas of the bathtub.

This guest house is a perfect spot to stay and explore Portland. Ashley was so kind and communicative. The place is beautiful, clean, has all the things a guest needs. My Husband and I stayed here for two short days in Portland and we absolutely loved our stay there! It is perfect for a couple to get away and stay close to Portland. The place is within walking distance to a lot of different restaurants and Ashley was super helpful in picking out good places to check out. We had the best stay at this adorable artsy property! The bed was so comfy, the kitchen well stocked, there is a cool little private patio, and it’s so close to many amazing restaurants and shops!
