The check in process was one of the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. It was very fast and the staff member was extremely kind and answered all my questions. He also took the time to offer local recommendations. I was upgraded to a “city view” room for $10. My room was immaculate and had an incredible view to the south of the city. Met family in the restaurant for dinner and was not disappointed. All and all this experience was great and all for a very reasonable rate the night before Thanksgiving.

Everyone was nice except for the employee at the valet. On the ticket it says call 20min before you need your car to give time for them to retrieve it from the parking which was understandable. I did call which was no problem. Problem lies with the very rude attendant. She was in the “podium” so I waited for her, as soon as she saw me I even greeted her goodmorning and handed her my ticket. Her answer was “so what do you want me to do with this, don’t expect me to know what you want”. I was baffled with her answer and just said I called it in earlier so it can be ready just like what it was said in the ticket. She said something more like I don’t read minds and said here are your keys. I have a 10 hr drive and I don’t want to ruin my day just because this attendant thinks she has a right to treat guests so rudely.

Excellent despite valet parking jam!
Comfortable, clean, and convenient, EXCEPT for the valet parking situation upon arrival. I waited in the traffic line for a good 30 mi it’s or more until it was finally my turn. But once I got out of my car, everything went smoothly!

Location was great- very convenient for the Moda Center. We came for a concert; it was very busy after. When walking to the elevators from the side entrance, a group of us was escorted to the back of house elevator so that we could avoid the crowds/busyness of the guest elevators. (We are not important people, but) the hotel team was committed to giving us all a great experience! Check in was easy, but there was nowhere to park to wait while we checked in because of how busy it was and they had pylons blocking one side of the little entry road hurting traffic flow. Finding the parking garage was also difficult. I asked about directions and she said go left out the doors, which was correct except the one ways do not allow that, so we had to circle a ways around. The parking sign was also backwards on one side with the arrow going the wrong way. When I booked, I recalled something about the parking address being on 2nd, but I couldn’t find that information anywhere (receipt, itinerary, on any of the websites, fine print, etc.) however at least knowing it was 2nd helped. It would be good to either have better instructions for where to go/which way to get to the hotel to make sure this is easier and also publishing that parking garage address on something easy to find. Such a minor thing though, and overall great stay and would stay again.

Great hotel food options and location. Ran out of parking quickly in their garage, for a big concert at Moda. Had to park 5 blocks away street parking and walk with all our luggage in the dark and rain with 2 kids

Property remains like new on the inside and is maintained and kept well. The walk from the parking garage over across the street can be challenging with full hands as key cards need to be scanned and are delayed in doors opening. Market staff was kind but they were challenged to keep up during peak times causing a long delay. Room was clean and stocked with a nice view of the river and bridges.
