"My sister and I had a fantastic vacation at SLS Playa Mujeres!  The property is so beautiful, with everything you need right in the grounds. Coffee & pastry shop, smoothie & juice bar, gyms, pools, hot tubs, spa, excellent restaurants, beach access, water activities and more! This place is such a gem!  Rooms are beautiful, with great bathrooms & comfortable beds/bedding. It’s super family friendly, with a great area for the kids to play, and a family pool away from the adult only pool. The staff are so friendly & professional. We felt super safe & really enjoyed our stay. They recently opened so they’re still figuring some things out (like the concierge service was not as responsive as we expected, maybe they have too many people they’re taking care of?), but we didn’t mind, especially because of the warmth of the staff, everyone was so helpful. Some of the things that made our stay amazing: The cacao ceremony. We loved getting our cappuccinos from Lucio every morning, and our protein smoothies & juices from Leticia at the smoothie bar.  And Pedro & Ariel were so amazing, truly dedicated to excellent service every time we saw them at the restaurants.  Honestly everyone we spoke to/got help from were kind & professional. We will definitely be back & hope to bring our whole family when we do. "

"The food was good and authentic. Almost had food coma haha. Always an activity going on so you wouldn’t want to go out of the resorts. Food, drinks etc available 247. Workers are super nice. Will definitely do this again. "
